Challenge: Pureprofile needed to consolidate its two premises into one following an acquisition and plan for future organic growth.
Solution: To start, we drilled down into Pureprofile’s existing leases to develop a thorough understanding of its situation. We developed a brief of requirements and engaged with the market to develop a long list and short list of options considering the business case fit for each. We led the negotiations with landlords and agreed preferred options and coordinated the preparation of legal documentation. We planned temporary bridging options and transition project planning, appointment of the designer and pulled together the fitout team.
Result: Pureprofile found a new location that met its needs. It now has a strong interface between its landlord, works and fitout, high level budgeting and programming. The site is future proofed and flexible.
