We’ll combine our diverse range of expertise in the property industry to get you outcomes that add value to your business – whether they’re cost savings, an improved or aligned property strategy or more efficient and productive spaces.

Bryan Wareham 

BBS, Dip Bus (Fin)

Bryan has more than 30 years’ experience helping some of the region’s smartest businesses make the most of their property portfolios. He’ll put your business first, proposing bespoke strategic solutions that don’t just yield property results – they help you achieve your core business objectives.

Leading a team of passionate advisers, Bryan is the practical mind behind Wareham Property Partners. He’ll approach your property needs by gaining a deep understanding of the challenges facing your business, offering concrete advice and then stepping in as soon as possible to make things happen – communicating clearly all the while with you.

Bryan’s many years of industry experience are complemented by tertiary qualifications in property, valuation and finance.

He’s a keen golfer and traveller, and a fan of art and motorsports. When he’s not working, Bryan can be found enjoying family time or exploring all that Sydney has to offer.

Theresa Chang 

LLB

Theresa complements her extensive property knowledge with the ability to put herself in your shoes when handling your property matters. She has built a reputation based on dependability as an adviser, project leader, and advocate for your needs – and she is driven to achieve the best outcome for you.

With qualifications in law, Theresa brings a legal mind to every case. She has also gained in-depth experience with property management systems, which allows her to integrate them seamlessly with your business requirements.

As a core member of the Wareham Property Partners team for more than nine years, Theresa has worked on a wide range of corporate real estate assignments. She can help you navigate leasing negotiations, rent reviews and facilities management, as well as provide advice on due diligence investigations, business analyses, project management, tenant representation, and property and portfolio reviews.

Rachel Crerar

BBS (VPM, Finance)

Joining us from across the ditch, Rachel has 8 years’ experience in commercial property and asset management combined with an ability to provide effective solutions to a wide range of property related problems – she is well placed to determine the right solution to your property needs.

Rachel’s experience and analytical approach, and ability to communicate at all levels, combined with her study in both property and finance, allows her to produce results matched to your business needs.

Having spent the last 3 years consulting for a number of corporate and public sector clients spanning multiple industries and across office, industrial, tertiary and accommodation uses, her skill set allows her to produce a broad range of solutions, including property strategies, market and financial analysis, tenant representation, procurement of property services, and delivery of projects.
