Challenge: Coca Cola Amatil called us in to help identify ways to improve its use of owned assets, reduce costs, help business units work together and support agile business strategies.
Solution: We rose to the challenge by commissioning an independent valuation of assets, initiating state-by-state consolidation plans across the different business units, planning implementation and finding cost savings.
Result: We identified opportunities for significant one-off and recurring cost savings. In an ongoing process, business units are planning to consolidate.
