Challenge: Comprising three government agencies operating on two separate leases with a pending expiry, with over-market rents and surplus space.
Solution: Providing tenant representation, we helped the Department co-ordinate its requirements, develop a renegotiation strategy and engage more productively with its landlord.
Result: It was able to synchronise its leases, improve the lease terms and benefit from incentives offered for renewal.
