Solution: We helped establish a core property database for Ixom, put proactive property management practices in place, identified business priorities and created proactive property management procedures.
Result: Ixom was able to regain control of its priorities and of the conversation with its landlords. It achieved significant cost savings in priority areas and developed a safe-hands approach to managing its property assets.
