Challenge: Takeda wanted to relocate to the Sydney CBD, to a smaller space that was more suited to its size and specialist needs.
Solution: We appointed an appropriate agency, engaged the landlords, provided tenant representation and financial modelling, and coordinated negotiations.
Result: Takeda was able to surrender its lease early, and we helped mitigate its rent and lease end costs. We negotiated a new city lease, oversaw the transition project and coordinated legal documentation and reporting.
